The Project

Ce deux pièces est le projet d'un jeune couple de cadres dynamiques expatriés en Australie. Il est dans la finance, elle est chez l'Oréal. Ensemble, ils ont déjà investi en France dans un premier investissement locatif, mais c'était leur premier projet sur Paris. Il voulaient un bon rendement avec un bon quartier parisien. Du coup nous leur avons proposé ce projet de T2 dans le 17 ème arrondissement. Ils ont opté pour un intérieur pop et colorés qui soit dynamique. (ps : l'appartement s'est loué trop vite, donc les photographies ne montrent pas la décoration finalisée)
