Expatriée en Pologne, notre cliente souhaitait investir en France en ciblant principalement les villes d'Île-de-France.

Un de nos chasseurs sur place lui a proposé cette très belle opportunité dans la ville de Courbevoie. Il s'agit d'un studio qui se trouve au 5ème étage sans ascenseur. L’immeuble est en bon état et les parties communes étaient en cours de rénovation. D'ailleurs, l'appartement était lui aussi à rénover et nos équipes ont réalisé un excellent travail sur ce point.

Cet appartement dispose d'un excellent potentiel locatif car il est très proche du quartier de La Défense. Côté transport, la gare de Courbevoie est à seulement 6 minutes (Transilien ligne L). Par ailleurs, le bien est à proximité immédiate du Centre Hospitalier Rives de Seine, ce qui renforce encore plus son potentiel locatif.
