Gérer un projet d'investissement locatif en France alors qu'on vit à l'autre bout de monde n'est pas toujours chose facile. Pour ce projet, réalisé en 2019 pour le compte d'un de nos client a été supervisé entièrement depuis l'Afrique du Sud. Il s'agit d'un studio parisien de 15m² sur rue au 6ième étages refait et aménagé par nos soins. Il est calme et lumineux avec deux grandes fenêtres dans le séjour. Concernant son emplacement, c'est un quartier dynamique et est bien desservi par les transports en commun. Un rentabilité de 5% s'est dégagé du projet.Location of the project
