The Project

Notre client a investi dans un appartement de type T4 d'une superficie de 78m2. Il est situé au 3ème étage d'un immeuble en briques. Nos architectes ont su déceler le grand potentiel du bien et l'ont reconfiguré en T5 de 4 chambres idéal pour une colocation. L'appartement est lumineux et présente l'avantage d'avoir une cuisine séparée et une cave.

L'emplacement est parfait, à une quinzaine de minutes à pied des rues commerçantes de la ville comme le boulevard Jean Jaurès, le boulevard Chanzy, l'avenue Victor Hugo et le boulevard Pasteur où on retrouve tous les commerces de proximité ainsi que de nombreux restaurants.

Côté transport, le bien se situe à 15 min à pied du tramway T4 permettant de rejoindre les lignes du RER B ou E, soit à environ 30 min de Paris (notamment des stations importantes telles que Gare du Nord, Chatelet, Saint Lazare) et de l'aéroport Charles De Gaulle. À noter également la présence de nombreuses lignes de bus et de la nationale 3.
