L'objectif du projet suivant consiste à découper un appartement de 45 m², qui ne comporte aucun mur porteur, en deux studios. Etant au dernier étage, il bénéficie d'une vue dégagée plein est. Le bien est également vendu avec une place parking en sous-sol. Nous passons la barre des 5% de rentabilité, ce qui et très bien actuellement sur Lyon centre.
