Notre client a choisi la ville de Marseille pour son premier investissement locatif. En effet, il s’agit d’un appartement de type T2 dans la Rue Pierre Albrand ; et dont les commodités et transports sont à proximité de l’immeuble.

The Project
Le bien est installé en dernier étage dans un petit immeuble typiquement marseillais un peu ancien, mais en bon état. L’appartement donne côté rue avec un balcon filant. Situé en l’étage élevé, il est très lumineux. L’appartement est sain et en bon état et peut être directement habité tel quel. Notre architecte et notre client investisseur ont collaboré ensembles pour donner un petit coup de jeune et maximiser ainsi son potentiel. Concernant les transports, les bus, les métros ainsi que le tramway sont tous accessibles à pieds.
