Notre client était très motivé pour investir dans la ville de Montpellier et notamment dans un projet de colocation. Il souhaitait avoir un mix entre rentabilité et patrimonial.
Nous lui avons permis d'investir dans un appartement de type T3 situé dans le quartier de Port Marianne, le plus prisé de Montpellier. Le projet était de reconfigurer ce bien en T4. L’appartement se situe dans une résidence des années 70 qui bénéficie de places de parking sécurisées. L'appartement est composé d'un grand séjour donnant sur un balcon exposé plein sud. Il dispose également d'une cuisine séparée, d'une salle d'eau avec WC et de 3 chambres dont une que nous avons créée pendant les travaux.
Ce bien représentait une réelle opportunité de par son emplacement dans ce quartier à deux pas du centre-ville et de toutes les commodités. En effet, à proximité on peut retrouver la faculté d'économie, la gare Saint-Roch, le tramway, le marché du lez ou encore le bassin Jacques Coeur.
