Notre client nous a fait part de son envie d'investir à Nancy. Nos chasseurs ont donc déniché une opportunité en or.
Il s'agit d'un appartement de type T3 situé au 2ème étage d'un petit immeuble bien entretenu. Des travaux de rénovation étaient nécessaires dans l'appartement. Nos équipes ont changé la cuisine, le meuble vasque, les radiateurs et ont meublé le bien dans l'objectif de créer l'effet coup de cœur chez les locataires.
L'appartement est proche du centre de Nancy, de ce fait, toutes les commodités, transports en commun et écoles sont à proximité. C'est notamment le cas de la faculté de lettres et sciences humaines située à 900 mètres de l'appartement, regroupant plus de 7000 étudiants chaque année. Cet appartement a été loué en colocation et génère aujourd'hui une forte rentabilité de 6,84 %.
