The Project
Nous avons permis à notre client de réaliser son investissement dans un appartement situé dans le 17ème arrondissement parisien. Il se situe au premier étage d'un immeuble en bon état. L'appartement est lumineux grâce à ses 6 fenêtres et il disposait d'un très bon potentiel d'optimisation que nos architectes ont su saisir pour transformer le bien en T4 de 3 chambres, idéal pour de la colocation. De plus, chaque colocataire pourra bénéficier de sa salle d'eau privative.
L'appartement est très bien situé dans le 17ème arrondissement, il est face à un parc et de nombreux commerces et restaurants sont à proximité immédiate. Il est également très bien desservi par les transports en commun puisqu'il est situé à proximité du métro Guy Moquet (ligne 13) et entre les arrêts de bus 21 et 66. Ce bien est idéal pour cibler les jeunes actifs et les étudiants.
