Notre cliente nous a fait part de sa volonté d'investir dans le 19ème arrondissement de Paris. Nos chasseurs sont donc partis à la recherche du bien idéal et ils n'ont pas mis longtemps à le trouver.
Il s'agit d'un studio d'une superficie de 22.05 mètres carrés. Il se trouve au troisième étage d'un immeuble bien entretenu. Nos architectes ont tout de suite remarqué que ce bien présentait un très bon potentiel de reconfiguration en T2.
Pour ce qui est de l'emplacement du bien, celui-ci est idéal puisqu'il se trouve à proximité directe des Buttes Chaumont et de son magnifique parc de verdure.
