Ce studio est celui d'un couple qui a souhaité se lancer dans l'investissement locatif. Dans leurs critères, la localisation était importante notamment le choix du 17ème arr. de Paris. L'important pour eux, était de commencer à diversifier leur patrimoine. Le projet a été trouvé par le bouche à oreille. Encore une fois le réseau est l'outil le plus important du chasseur immobilier. L'appartement a été refait entièrement à neuf. La salle de bain a été repensée ainsi que la cuisine. La décoration se voulait scandinave et épurée. Le tout pour rendre ce studio cosy et agréable à vivre.Testimonial

Toutes les étapes se sont très bien déroulées. Nous avons même été agréablement surpris de la rapidité de la location.
Les explications données au départ sur toutes les étapes de l'investissement ont parfaitement été respectées. La chasse a été très rapide et nous sommes très content de la décoration.
Nous sommes même en train de faire un deuxième investissement.
