Ce projet est celui d'un couple. Leur vision est plutôt une approche patrimoniale. Le but est de laisser un parc immobilier à leurs enfants. Lui a un profil financier et est très pris par son travail. Ainsi, il nous avait fait une demande assez précise : un joli studio dans les beaux quartiers. Ce projet a une belle rentabilité pour un quartier très demandé actuellement.
