Notre client a investi dans un appartement T1 lumineux dans l’hypercentre marseillais, il est situé dans un immeuble ancien avec beaucoup de charme tout proche de la gare Saint-Charles.

Notre client souhaitait investir dans un bien de type studio ou T2 dans les villes de Marseille ou de Lille. Nous lui avons proposé un bien très intéressant. Il s’agit d’un studio très lumineux et calme qui bénéficie d'une vue dégagée sur les toits. Le bien se trouve dans un immeuble marseillais ancien dont les parties communes sont en bon état. Par ailleurs, le bien était accompagné de deux petits bonus : un placard de 2 m² et un balcon filant ensoleillé appartenant aux parties communes.
Son atout majeur est son emplacement privilégié dans l’hypercentre marseillais. Les moyens de transport comme le bus, le métro et tramway sont tous accessibles à pied, tout comme les commodités essentielles. En effet, la Faculté de droit et de sciences politiques ainsi que la faculté d’économie et de gestion sont toutes à quelques mètres et accessibles à pied. En plus de cela, l'appartement est également situé à moins d’un quart d’heure à pied du fameux Palias Longchamp où bars, restaurants et commerces de proximité s’y côtoient dans une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale.
