The Project

Notre cliente, expatriée aux Pays-Bas, souhaitait réaliser un investissement locatif dans les villes de Marseille, Lyon ou Grenoble.

Après quelques recherches, nous lui avons permis d'investir dans un appartement de type T3 situé dans le 4e arrondissement de Marseille. L'appartement d'une superficie de 67 m2 a été transformé en T4 grâce au travail de nos architectes. Il est désormais composé de 3 grandes chambres exposées plein sud, dont deux bénéficiant d'un grand balcon filant. La pièce principale est composée d'un salon et d'une cuisine ouverte avec un petit balcon.

Le bien dispose d'un bon emplacement sur la rue Antoine Pons. C'est un secteur calme à seulement 3 minutes à pied du TRAM Jean Martin et 5 minutes à pied du Métro ainsi que de la gare Blancarde. Le quartier est à proximité immédiate du secteur de la Timone (Hopitaux universitaires), grand vivier d’étudiants en médecine. Il faut savoir que l’internat de Marseille est très convoité par les étudiants français, le bien jouit donc d'une forte demande locative.
