Notre client a choisi de faire appel à nous pour l'accompagner sur son premier investissement locatif. Son objectif était d'obtenir un produit qu'il pourrait revendre facilement à l'avenir. Il visait particulièrement un bien de type studio ou T2 en Île-de-France, avec une petite préférence pour le département de la Seine-et-Marne.
Après quelques recherches, nous lui avons trouvé l'opportunité idéale. Il s'agit d'un studio situé en centre-ville de Melun. Il se trouve au premier étage d'une résidence bien entretenue. Le projet que nous lui avons proposé consistait à transformer cet appartement en un F2 parfaitement optimisé.
Il jouit d'un emplacement idéal puisqu'il se situe à 10 minutes à pied de la gare routière et du centre-ville, et il est également proche de l'autoroute A5.
