Notre client a fait appel à nous dans le but que nous l'aidions à développer son patrimoine. Il souhaitait investir dans un studio en Seine-et-Marne qui pourrait lui rapport une rentabilité de 6 % au minimum. Il souhaitait consacrer au maximum un budget de 160 000 € à son projet.

Il n'a pas fallu longtemps à nos chasseurs pour trouver le bien idéal. Ce dernier s'avère être un studio de 24m2 situé à Melun, préfecture de la Seine-et-Marne. Le bien est situé en plein centre-ville et toutes les commodités essentielles sont à proximité.
