The Project

Notre client est un résident suisse qui avait déjà réalisé un premier investissement locatif dans un T5 à Toulouse qu'il a mis en colocation. Dans le but de préparer sa retraite et de transmettre son patrimoine à ses enfants, il a fait appel à nous pour l'aider à réaliser un second projet.

Nous lui avons permis d'investir dans un appartement de type T5 situé au deuxième étage d'une copropriété bien entretenue à Montpellier. Cet appartement d'une superficie de 85m2 est situé à proximité de toutes les commodités nécessaires (supermarché, boulangeries, restaurants...). De plus, les lignes de tramway 2 et 4 se trouvent à proximité, tout comme la gare qui se trouve à seulement 10 minutes à pieds.

Un arrêt de bus se situe au pied de la résidence et permet de rejoindre le centre-ville rapidement.
