Notre client a fait appel à nous pour l'accompagner dans son premier investissement locatif. Il souhaitait acquérir un bien en priorité dans le 11ème ou le 10ème arrondissement de Paris.

Il s'avère qu'après quelques recherches, nos chasseurs ont trouvé un bien idéal situé dans le 11ème arrondissement de Paris. Il s'agit d'un appartement de type T2 de 26m2 que nos architectes et décorateurs d'intérieur ont entièrement rénové.

Le bien est très bien placé, il se situe dans un quartier dynamique et animé à quelques pas de la place de la Bastille. Toutes les commodités comme les restaurants, les transports en commun et les commerces sont à proximité.
