The Project

Notre client est un investisseur chevronné qui avait déjà réalisé trois investissements locatifs. Il nous a fait part de son envie d'investir dans un bien ancien nécessitant des travaux. Il voulait investir dans un bien avec peu de risques même si cela lui faisait perdre un peu de rentabilité.

À l'écoute, nos chasseurs immobiliers ont trouvé un bien correspondant parfaitement à ses critères. Il s'agit d'un appartement situé au 4ème étage d'un immeuble du 12ème arrondissement parisien. Le bien bénéficie d'une double exposition sur une rue calme et sur la cour de la résidence. Il disposait d'un très bon potentiel de reconfiguration et d'optimisation et nos architectes l'ont donc transformé en appartement T3. De ce fait, le bien est idéal pour être loué en colocation.

Il se situe dans un quartier très vivant avec plusieurs commerces de proximité, des restaurants et des terrasses. L'appartement est très bien desservi par les transports en commun avec les lignes 6 et 8 du métro (stations Daumesnil et Michel Bizot) ainsi qu'avec plusieurs lignes de bus.
