Notre heureux client a investit dans un appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée d’un bel immeuble, légèrement surélevé sur la rue et sur la cour. Comme l’immeuble est bien entretenu et que les parties communes sont en très bon état, il n’avait pas à investir des frais de rénovation en plus du prix d’acquisition. Parmi ses points positifs, notre client s’est enthousiasmé par son taux de rentabilité de plus de 4,76%. Il est également ravi que ce bien, desservi par les transports en commun (métros Guy Moquet ligne 13, Honoré de Balzac tram T3B ainsi que plusieurs lignes de bus) et commerces, restaurants à proximité attirera notamment les jeunes actifs et les étudiants.
