Notre client a investi dans un bien se situant au pied de la gare de Melun, et face à la future Faculté de médecine. Le secteur est juste à 30 minutes de Paris. L'appartement au cœur du projet est un T2 se trouvant au 5ème et dernier étage d'un bel immeuble. Le bien est un résultat de réunification de deux chambres. Avec des volumes atypiques, il est dans un était refait à neuf. Avec une touche de décoration apportée par notre équipe, l'appartement a bénéficié d'une allure élégante et sympa.
