Notre client souhaitait investir sur Toulouse dans un bien de type colocation, T4 ou une découpe.
Nous lui avons trouvé une opportunité idéale rue Henri Desbals. Il s'agit d'une grande maison de deux étages déjà divisée. En effet, elle est composée d'un grand T2 au rez-de-chaussée et d'un grand T3 au 1er étage. Le bien dispose également d'un jardin en fond de cour et d'un grand box pouvant faire office de garage car il peut accueillir jusqu'à deux voitures.
Au vu des évacuations et des fenêtres, cette maison disposait d'un très bon potentiel de reconfiguration et d'optimisation. Nous en avons donc profité en créant deux studios au rez-de-chaussée et en transformant le T3 à l'étage en un grand T4 idéal pour de la colocation.
