The Project
Il s'agissait du 3ème projet locatif que ce client réalisait avec nous. Il souhaitait diversifier la localisation de ses investissements.
Nous lui avons permis d'investir dans un appartement de type T2 situé dans la ville de Fontaine, près de Grenoble. L'appartement est à rénover totalement et dispose d'un très bon potentiel.
On se trouve dans un secteur très dynamique à proximité de l'hypercentre de Grenoble (4 minutes en voiture, 8 minutes en vélo, 12-15 minutes en transport, 15 minutes à pied). On peut également retrouver l'Ecole supérieure de Commerce, l'INPG ou encore la nouvelle direction régionale du Crédit Agricole Sud Rhones Alpes.
Concernant les transports, le bus se trouve au pied de la copropriété. Quant à lui, le tramway est accessible en seulement cinq minutes à pied.
