Nous avons permis à notre client d'investir dans un joli studio en périphérie de Grenoble pour son premier investissement locatif.

The Project
Il s'agissait du premier investissement locatif réalisé par notre client et il souhaitait donc s'orienter vers un petit projet. Nous lui avons trouvé une opportunité en or dans un studio de 30m2 à Fontaine près de Grenoble.
Le bien est situé au rez-de-chaussée d'un immeuble bien entretenu. De plus l'appartement possède des places de parking facilitant le stationnement des futurs locataires.
L'appartement est situé rue Henri Barbusse. C'est un secteur dynamique qui jouit de la présence d'une école de commerce et d'ingénieur à seulement 4 minutes en voiture. Il existe également des grandes écoles privées (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce, et INPG) à 10 minutes. Côté emploi, le centre d'affaire Grenoble World Trade Center (avec les entreprises SCHNEIDER, ST MICROELECTRONICS, SIEMENS, etc.) se trouve également à 10 minutes. Vous pouvez également rejoindre la gare de Grenoble très facilement.
Malgré tous ces atouts et cet emplacement de choix, le bien se trouve dans une rue calme et peu passante ce qui est idéal.
