The Project

Notre client est un chef d'entreprise pour qui il s'agissait du premier investissement locatif. Il avait pour projet d'en faire plusieurs et avait un objectif patrimonial pour celui-ci. Il recherchait un bien sur la ville de Grenoble ou aux alentours.

Nous lui avons permis d'investir dans un studio situé avenue de Vizille à Grenoble. Il dispose d'un dressing, d'un coin cuisine séparé et d'une salle de bains avec WC. L'atout principal de l'appartement est son emplacement. En effet, il est possible de rejoindre l'hypercentre de Grenoble en seulement 8 minutes. Par ailleurs, on retrouve à proximité l'INPG (École supérieure d'ingénieur qui accueille environ 5 500 étudiants), l'entreprise MINATEC (4 800 salariés), le Centre d'Énergie Atomique ou encore la nouvelle direction régionale du Crédit Agricole Sud Rhone Alpes.
