The Project
Notre client a fait appel à nous pour que nous l'accompagnions sur son premier investissement locatif. Il visait particulièrement les villes de Lyon et de Grenoble avec un budget de 200 000 euros.
Nous lui avons permis d'investir dans un appartement de type studio situé rue Elie Vernet à Grenoble. Il se trouve au sein d'une petite copropriété qui possède une cour intérieure arborée et au calme. Nos équipes ont réalisé quelques travaux de rafraîchissement pour augmenter la valeur locative de ce bien. Ce studio est très bien situé à 10 minutes à pied de l'hypercentre de Grenoble. Côté étudiant, on retrouve l'Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et ses 9000 étudiants ainsi que l'école d'ingénieur INPG. Le secteur est également fourni en entreprises avec notamment MINATEC ou encore le nouveau siège d'EDF.
De nombreux transports en commun sont présents à proximité et notamment un bus à 2 minutes à pied ou un tramway à 7 minutes à pied. De plus, la gare se situe à seulement 10 minutes à pied.
