The Project

Ce projet est celui d'une personne qui ne connaissait pas l'investissement locatif. Il travaille à l'étranger et souhaitait investir en France en commençant par un studio pour une première opération. Il n'avait pas de requête spécifique pour son projet si ce n'est d'investir dans un studio dans un quartier dynamique. Ce projet était parfait pour lui car il y avait tout à refaire. Le quartier lui plaisait, il a donc aimé le projet proposé. Après avoir acheté le bien, les architectes d'intérieur ont alors pris toutes les côtes pour travailler sur les plans. Après avoir réorganisé l'espace et défini les matières, les travaux ont pu commencer. Le décorateur a alors choisi les meubles en lien avec les matières du sol et des murs. Le studio est harmonieux et très bien équipé.
