Notre cliente était expatriée au Liban et souhaitait investir en France. Nous lui avons proposé une opportunité en or. Il s’agit d’un appartement de type T2 dans une petite copropriété localisée à Lille. L’appartement est composé d'un grand séjour avec une cuisine ouverte, d'une salle de bains, d'un WC et d'une chambre à l'étage.

L'appartement est placé juste devant la faculté science politique juridique et sociale et est bien desservi par le métro. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité : supermarché, boulangerie, banque, pharmacie. C'est une très belle opération qui dégage une très bonne rentabilité grâce à une forte demande locative dans le secteur.
