Le T2 est dans un immeuble de copropriété de 3 lots. L'appartement a un très bon potentiel de reconfiguration. Nos architectes et décorateurs ont apporté leurs compétences pour le rafraîchissement et l'ameublement afin de rendre ce T2 plus attirant et de pouvoir le louer rapidement.
The building is 8 minutes from the metro (3 stations from Lille Flandre station and 2 stations from the Pont de Bois University in Villeneuve D'ascq) and a few minutes from the Lycée.
The area is very dynamic and attractive, with many unusual shops and restaurants. It is also well served by public transport. This is a very nice operation with a very good profitability.
