The Project

Notre client était expatrié aux Emirats-Arabes-Unis, il avait déjà réalisé un projet à nos côtés et nous avons été très heureux qu'il nous ait renouvelé sa confiance pour un second projet.

Nous lui avons permis d'investir dans une très belle opportunité. Il s'agit d'un appartement de type studio situé dans le quartier Saint-Georges, en plein cœur du secteur résidentiel du Vieux Lyon. Le bien se situe au rez-de-chaussée d'un immeuble bien entretenu. Il était à rénover totalement et notre équipe d'architectes et de décorateurs d'intérieur a réalisé un magnifique travail.

Côté emplacement, la résidence est à proximité de toutes les commodités (restaurants, boulangeries, banques...). Par ailleurs, la ligne D du métro avec son arrêt "Saint-Jean" se situe à quelques minutes à pied. Tout comme la place Bellecour qui se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied.
