Il s'agissait du tout premier investissement locatif pour notre client qui résidait en Espagne. Nous lui avons permis de faire l'acquisition d'un studio dans la ville de Nantes. Il se trouve au 4e étage d'un immeuble bien entretenu. Le bien dispose d'une salle de douche, d'un WC, d'une kitchenette et d'un salon-séjour qui fait également office de coin nuit.
L'appartement est situé dans un quartier d'exception en hypercentre. En effet, il se trouve rue Verdun qui est proche de nombreux restaurants, bars et autres commerces, tous accessibles à pied. Par ailleurs, l'appartement est très bien desservi par les transports en commun, notamment le tramway et le bus.
