Nous avons réalisé le projet d’investissement locatif de notre client avec ce lumineux appartement sur Paris. Il se trouve près de plusieurs squares et jardins comme le Square Albert Tournaire ou le Jardin des Plantes et est à 15 minutes à pieds de la Places des Vosges et de la Place de la Bastille. Le bien avait un très bon potentiel de reconfiguration et une excellente optimisation en plus d’avoir un bon emplacement qui attirera les étudiants et jeunes actifs. D’autant plus que la proximité de gares comme Bercy, Gare de Lyon ou Gare d'Austerlitz est un point fort de cet appartement. De par ces atouts, notre client investisseur a été fier de conclure son achat.
