Anthony R., jeune cadre en banque souhaitait investir dans l'immobilier locatif pour un montant d'environ 300.000€. Le but de l'opération : créer de futures rentes locatives en utilisant sa capacité d'emprunt. Le budget permettait de s'orienter vers une colocation ou une découpe ce qui est une de nos spécialités. Concernant le quartier, notre client n'avait pas spécialement de préférence, puisque l'objectif était d'avoir une opération saine et rentable. Nous avons trouvé un appartement d'une quarantaine de m2, à un prix défiant toute concurrence... Situé au 2ème étage d'un immeuble au pied du Parc des Buttes Chaumont, ce projet était idéal sur le papier. Après avoir analysé différentes possibilités d'optimisation de l'espace, nous avons choisi de le découper en un T2 et un studio.
