En plus d’être spacieuse et lumineuse, cette maison possède un bon emplacement pour un investissement locatif et est parfaite pour une colocation. Le quartier est calme, il y a du parking face à la maison, des commerces dans les rues adjacentes ; le secteur est également bien desservi par le métro ‘ Mairie d’Hellemmes’, le bus ou encore le TER de Lezennes. Bien qu’il y avait quelques rénovations à faire, ce bien avait un excellent potentiel locatif vu son emplacement et son potentiel de reconfiguration et d’optimisation. Les locataires se rueront pour bénéficier de cet emplacement stratégique dans l’hypercentre de Roubaix. C’est une très belle opération qui dégage une très bonne rentabilité.
