Le bien se trouve d’autant plus à 200 mètres du Lycée Vaucanson, du Lycée des Eaux-Claires et de l’école d’infirmières. L’arrêt-bus se trouve tout juste au pied de l’immeuble. Il permet de desservir le centre-ville et la gare en 19 minutes et le campus universitaire en 30 minutes. Les locataires pourront aussi atteindre à pied le tram E qui se trouve à 650 mètres en 8 minutes.
