The Project

Nos clients étaient un couple d'expatriés au Royaume-Uni. Ils disposaient d'un budget de 240 000 € pour investir dans un bien proche de Paris.

Ce studio de 22,28m2 situé aux Lilas, ville de 25.000 habitants située dans la première couronne parisienne, était le bien idéal. L'appartement se trouve dans un petit immeuble en brique rouge des années 1930. La façade est en très bon état, les parties communes sont également très bien entretenues, il n'y a donc aucuns travaux à prévoir dans la copropriété.

Concernant l'appartement, Il était entièrement à rénover (salle de bain, cuisine, sol, fenêtre, plafond, plomberie etc.). Grâce à l'excellent travail de nos architectes, nous avons pu optimiser son potentiel en créant un coin nuit dans la cuisine existante.

Pour ce qui est du quartier, il est vivant et dynamique avec de nombreux commerces à proximité (boulangerie, pharmacie, supermarchés, etc.). Au niveau des transports, le métro ligne 11 (Mairie des Lilas) qui se trouve à 6 minutes à pied permet de se déplacer facilement sur Paris.
