The flat is a T2 placed in a charming old building and well maintained inside and outside. The kitchen, bathroom and paintings are new.
The two PVC double glazed windows make the flat very bright and the view is unobstructed over the rooftops. You can see the sky and the trees of the boulevard de la liberté, just below.
Son emplacement est son atout majeur. Il est à moins d'un quart d'heure à pied du fameux Palais Longchamps. Les bars, restaurants et commerces de proximité s'y côtoient dans une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale.
Le bien est proche des écoles et des facultés (850 mètres du campus Saint Charles, 500 mètres de la faculté de droit et sciences politiques...) et est idéalement placé pour accueillir un étudiant ou bien faire de location saisonnière de courte durée type Airbnb.
