Notre cliente souhaitait investir en région parisienne exclusivement. Nous lui avons proposé d'investir dans un studio à reconfigurer et à refaire à neuf situé à Vincennes, dans le Val-de-Marne.

Notre cliente vit à Paris et elle est responsable juridique chez Renault. Pour son premier investissement locatif, elle recherchait un bien de type studio ou T2 en région parisienne.
Nous lui avons proposé d'investir dans un studio situé rue de la Paix à Vincennes, dans le Val-de-Marne. Le studio est situé au rez-de-chaussée sans vis-à-vis et il était à reconfigurer et refaire à neuf. Tous les travaux ont été entrepris par nos architectes qualifiés. L'appartement s'apprête parfaitement à une location courte durée notamment du fait qu'il soit au rez-de-chaussée et proche des transports en commun. La demande y est très forte. Par ailleurs, la fibre est présente dans l'immeuble.
Le quartier est très vivant avec plusieurs commerces et restaurants atypiques ainsi que plusieurs espaces verts à proximité. Il y a notamment le Bois de Vincennes et le Château de Vincennes à 10 minutes à pied. Il s'agissait donc d'une très belle opération qui dégage une excellente rentabilité pour ce quartier. Notre cliente était très satisfaite de son investissement.
